HR Committee

The HR Committee seeks to define and seek solutions to the problems facing the HR professional in the diverse and ever-changing IT industry. The committee meets quarterly via conference call to discuss timely topics relavant to the global world of human resource management.

Immigration Policy Committee

ITAA's Immigration Policy Committee is committed to ensuring that the United States has the capacity to acquire the talent necessary for continued innovation and expansion in a worldwide economy. It is dedicated to the proposition that U.S. employers should have the ability to hire foreign professionals with expertise to explore the boundaries of science, develop new products and services, provide healthcare, expand markets, and teach future generations of American workers. Members work to shape national policy at the highest levels and inform Association members of initiatives that could affect their business. The Committee meets quarterly and is open to all IT Services and Software Division members. Interested in participating? Investor and Analyst Relations Committee

The Investor and Analyst Relations Committee guides ITAA's efforts to educate the investor community on the business fundamentals and strengths of the IT services and software industries. Investors and analyst relations professionals from members companies meet quarterly via teleconference to discuss issues of common concern. Besides networking and information sharing, members are also briefed by leading buy- and sell-side analysts from Wachovia, LeggMason, Bear Stearns, SG Cowen, Adams Harkness, amongst many others. The committee also serves in a guidance role for ITAA's partnership with NASDAQ and the ITAA-NASDAQ Wall Street Outlook Series.

Workforce/Education Cmte

The Workforce and Education program was formed to address the critical shortage of IT workers. Its surveys, studies, School-to-Careers/School-to-Work initiatives and annual convocation promote awareness of the IT skills gap and encourage a united effort for working toward a solution through industry, educational, community and government partnerships.
